About the role
Bank of America’s Paris-based Global Markets Off-Cycle Analyst programme provides intensive exposure to a single Sales and Trading desk. Over three to six months, interns support sales, trading, and structuring activities across Equities, Rates, FX, and Credit, with formal training, mentorship, and potential full-time employment.
Programme
- Work on a single Sales and Trading desk in a fast-paced Global Markets environment.
- Receive formal training at the programme’s start, alongside on-the-job support, speaker events, and mentorship.
- Interns performing well may receive full-time employment beginning in July 2028, or January or April 2028 where offered.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with client relationship management, marketing materials, presentations, market research, and profitability analysis.
- Support traders by analysing client and market data, monitoring events, and learning risk management through mock trading.
- Assist structurers, traders, and sales teams with pitchbooks, client solutions, transaction analysis, pricing, and risk management.
- Deliver analytical projects across Equities, Rates, FX, and Credit, collaborating with Quants, Research, and other stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Complete all exams, coursework, and graduation requirements between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
- Be available to join an offered full-time start date; deferrals are unavailable.
