About the role
This London-based internship offers practical experience as a full-time credit analyst within Bank of America’s Global Infrastructure Credit team. You will perform qualitative and quantitative project-risk analysis, prepare credit documentation, present recommendations, and support active initiatives, alongside formal training, mentorship, speaker events, and on-the-job development.
Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative credit analysis to assess infrastructure project risk.
- Prepare credit memos and risk-rating scorecards for new and existing clients.
- Present recommendations to senior colleagues in written and verbal formats.
- Support in-flight projects and initiatives aligned with the Global Infrastructure Credit mandate.
Training and Development
- Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
- Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout the internship.
Eligibility
- Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Complete all degree requirements between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Be available to join the programme from June through August 2027.
- Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
Skills and Interests
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
- Show an inquisitive nature and keen interest in energy markets.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes at a moderate proficiency level.
