Global Human Resources Summer Associate Program - 2027

About the role

The 10-week Global Human Resources Summer Associate Program offers master’s and MBA students hands-on experience supporting HR initiatives, business advisory work, operations, analytics, and special projects. Participants receive structured training, mentorship, networking, leadership exposure, and professional development while working with teams in Charlotte or New York.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with HR leaders to understand how human capital strategy supports business outcomes.
• Contribute to HR advisory work, processes, operations, and special projects.
• Assist with analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on enterprise HR initiatives.

Program Experience

• Work within one Global Human Resources team during the 10-week summer internship.
• Participate in structured training, mentorship, networking, speaker series, and professional development sessions.
• Attend team meetings and leadership discussions while contributing to analysis and deliverables.
• Potential exposure includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR analytics.
• Engage in community service opportunities and gain exposure to senior HR leaders.
