About the role

This 2027 off-cycle analyst programme in Dublin places candidates in Global Corporate Banking Subsidiaries coverage teams, supporting relationship management, origination, financing, treasury and risk management for large-cap corporate and financial institution clients. Candidates gain transaction exposure, financial modelling, credit analysis, formal training and mentorship.

Team and Programme

  • Work within Corporate Banking Subsidiaries coverage teams across diverse industries and product areas.
  • Support global corporate and financial institution clients with financing, treasury and risk management advice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with relationship management, origination and execution across lending, bonds, foreign exchange, derivatives and cash management.
  • Understand client businesses, industries and banking requirements to support growth and daily operations.
  • Prepare financial models, analytical presentations and client-specific analysis across the capital structure.
  • Develop credit analysis skills and understand metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
  • Support live transactions, client interactions, cross-selling opportunities and new business generation.
  • Work with Global Payment Services, Loan and Capital Markets teams on client coverage and origination.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the programme’s start.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.
