About the role
The Stockholm-based Global Corporate Banking off-cycle programme offers experience supporting large-cap Nordic corporate clients across relationship management, financing, treasury solutions and risk management. Analysts contribute to live transactions, financial modelling, credit analysis, client-specific advice and cross-team origination while receiving formal training, mentorship and on-the-job support.
Team and Programme
- Work from Bank of America’s Stockholm office, the Nordics hub, across diverse industries and financial products.
- Support relationship management and business origination for large-cap clients headquartered across Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
- Gain exposure to financing, treasury solutions, risk management, advice and execution for global corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loan and bond financing, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives and cash management activities.
- Prepare financial models, analytical presentations and client-specific analyses, including capital structures and acquisition finance.
- Develop credit analysis skills and understand metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
- Support live transactions, client interactions, idea generation and cross-selling opportunities for existing and new clients.
- Work with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Payment Solutions teams on coverage and origination.
- Assess financing strategies and understand clients’ industries, growth objectives and day-to-day banking requirements.
Training and Development
- Complete extensive formal training at the programme’s start, supported by on-the-job learning and educational speaker events.
- Receive mentorship throughout the programme while developing corporate banking analyst skills and professional networks.
