About the role
Bank of America’s Global Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Analyst programme offers experience supporting large-cap corporate clients through relationship management, financing, treasury and risk management solutions. Based in the French coverage team, interns work across industries and products, assisting with analysis, transactions, client coverage and origination.
Team and Role
- Support relationship management, business origination and execution for global large-cap corporate clients.
- Work within the French coverage team across diverse industries, products and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Transaction Services teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loan and bond financing, foreign exchange, interest-rate derivatives and cash management activities.
- Prepare financial models, analytical presentations and client-specific capital structure or acquisition finance analysis.
- Conduct credit analysis and assess metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
- Develop familiarity with legal and documentation requirements for debt instruments.
- Support live transactions, interact with clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Understand client industries, growth objectives and day-to-day banking requirements.
Training and Development
- Receive extensive formal training at programme start, on-the-job support, speaker events and mentorship.
