About the role

Join Bank of America’s Global Corporate Banking team in Milan as an off-cycle analyst supporting large-cap corporate clients across relationship management, financing, treasury, and risk management. The programme combines live transactions, analytical work, formal training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple products and industries.

Team and Programme

  • Support global, large-cap corporate clients through relationship management, origination, financing, treasury, and risk management advice.
  • Work within a country coverage team across diverse industries and product areas.
  • Gain experience with loan and bond financing, foreign exchange, interest-rate derivatives, and cash management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client analysis, financial modelling, analytical presentations, capital structure reviews, and acquisition finance.
  • Develop credit analysis skills and understand metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
  • Support live transactions, client interactions, idea generation, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
  • Work with Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Payment Services teams on coverage and origination.
  • Build understanding of clients, their industries, growth objectives, and day-to-day banking requirements.
  • Gain familiarity with legal and documentation aspects of debt instruments and financing strategies.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout the programme.
