About the role

Join Bank of America’s Germany Corporate Banking team in Frankfurt as a 2027 Off-Cycle Analyst. Support relationship management, origination and execution for large corporate clients in Germany and Austria across financing, treasury, derivatives and cash management. Build financial modelling, credit analysis and client experience through live transactions, formal training and mentorship.

Team and Programme

  • Join the Frankfurt-based Germany Corporate Banking Team covering large-cap and large mid-cap clients in Germany and Austria.
  • Work across country coverage teams, diverse industries and multiple corporate banking products.
  • Support day-to-day client relationships and new-business origination globally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with relationship management, origination and execution across loans, bonds, foreign exchange, derivatives and cash management.
  • Understand clients, their industries and banking requirements, and provide market-informed financing strategy recommendations.
  • Prepare financial models, analytical presentations and client-specific analyses, including capital structure and acquisition finance.
  • Develop credit analysis skills and understand metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
  • Support live transactions, client interactions, idea generation and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Transaction Services teams on coverage and origination.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.

Recruitment Timeline

  • Candidates must be available to join between January and December 2027.
  • Analyst internship recruiting is conducted on a rolling basis once applications open.
