About the role
The Dublin GCIB Credit Summer Analyst programme offers hands-on experience as a credit analyst. Interns join a Corporate, Financial Institutions or Leveraged Finance credit team, complete real deliverables, assess counterparty credit risk and support Enterprise Credit initiatives during June–August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative credit analysis to assess counterparty credit risk.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk-rating scorecards for new and existing clients.
- Present recommendations to senior colleagues in written and verbal formats.
- Support in-flight projects and initiatives aligned with the Enterprise Credit mandate.
Training and Development
- Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
- Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the internship.
Eligibility
- Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Complete all final exams, coursework and graduation requirements between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
- Be available to join the programme from June through August 2027.
