About the role

This 10-week Summer 2027 Analyst internship in Bank of America’s Chief People Organisation offers rotations across Communications and Marketing. You will support internal and external communications, employer branding, content, campaigns, social media and events, while contributing to employee and stakeholder engagement. The programme includes formal training, mentorship and on-the-job support in London.

Team and Programme

  • The Chief People Organisation partners strategically with bank divisions to support employee experience and workplace priorities.
  • Rotations cover Internal Communications, External Communications, Marketing, Employer Brand, social media, content, campaigns, events and corporate responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on Communications and Marketing projects supporting brand, engagement and business objectives.
  • Support internal and external communications, marketing, employer branding, social media and events initiatives.
  • Create content for intranet articles, social media, presentations, campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Support employer branding and attraction activities promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, content strategy and continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist with planning and delivering internal and external events for employees and stakeholders.

Training and Development

  • Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
  • Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the internship.

Eligibility

  • Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university, completing between September 2027 and July 2028.
  • Be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
  • Be available to join the programme from June 2027 through August 2027.
  • Strong performers may be offered full-time employment beginning July 2028, with some January or April starts available.

Recruitment

  • Analyst internship recruitment takes place on a rolling basis once applications open.
