About the role
The Chief People Organisation Analyst Program in Chester is a two-year rotational graduate development programme. Analysts support people initiatives across recruitment, talent, learning, benefits, inclusion and communications, while gaining broad human resources experience through formal training, mentorship, speaker events and on-the-job development within a global financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects supporting Chief People Organisation strategies and people initiatives across the bank.
- Support activities spanning benefits, opportunity and inclusion, talent, learning and corporate communications.
- Work with recruitment professionals on strategic hiring, employer branding and talent attraction and retention projects.
- Analyse benefits data, employee feedback and market trends for wellbeing and benefits initiatives.
- Support talent management activities involving development, performance, succession planning and career growth.
- Complete rotational assignments across multiple Chief People Organisation disciplines and develop broad human resources knowledge.
Training and Development
- Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
- Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.
- Build knowledge of human resources functions within a global financial institution through two years of rotations.
