About the role

Join Bank of America’s full-time Investment Banking Analyst Program in São Paulo, supporting industry, product and country coverage teams. You will help prepare client presentations, perform financial analysis, develop solutions for corporate clients, and learn through formal training, mentorship, speaker events and on-the-job support.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups on client projects.
• Help deliver solutions to clients using the Bank’s full range of capabilities.
• Prepare client presentations and supporting financial analysis.
• Build relationships, knowledge and experience for future career opportunities.
• Mobilize organizational resources to meet client needs and deliver business outcomes.

Training and development

• Complete extensive formal training at the start of the program.
• Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the program.
