The 2026 Colombia Investment Banking Internship offers hands-on experience in M&A advisory and capital markets services for Colombian and multinational clients. Interns will develop financial models, conduct research, and prepare client presentations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations and merger analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research for investment banking transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, offering memorandums, prospectuses, and internal memos.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties during meetings and due diligence.
- Manage multiple projects individually and collaboratively within a team setting.

Core Skills and Requirements
- No more than 2 years professional experience post-graduation in relevant fields.
- Degrees in finance, economics, business administration, engineering, or similar.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent business-level English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus.
