The 2026 Chile Investment Banking Off-cycle Analyst supports the local team in Santiago and New York bankers, assisting in M&A advisory and capital markets services for Chilean and multinational clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Bankers in origination, opportunity evaluation, and deal execution across various assignments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations and merger analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research for investment banking transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, offering memorandums, prospectuses, CIMs, and internal memos.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties in meetings and due diligence sessions.

Core Skills and Requirements
- Up to 2 years professional experience post-graduation in finance, economics, business, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with business-level communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and client focus.
- Excellent written and oral communication, quick learner, and responsible.
