The 2026 Chile Investment Banking Internship offers hands-on experience in M&A advisory and capital markets, supporting local and New York teams. Interns will develop financial models, conduct research, and assist in deal execution in Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior bankers in origination, opportunity evaluation, and deal execution.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations.
- Conduct company and industry research for investment banking transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, offering memorandums, and transaction materials.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties in meetings and calls.

Core Skills and Requirements
- Up to 2 years professional experience post-graduation in finance or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with business-level communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus.
- Excellent written and oral communication, quick learner, and responsible.
