Join the Corporate Banking team in Colombia for a 1-2 year internship supporting operational tasks like KYC tracking, client onboarding, and compliance processes within Global Corporate and Investment Bank.

Role Responsibilities
- Support KYC process by tracking client status and updating banking team regularly.
- Validate quarterly KYC refresh population and submit extension requests for restricted clients.
- Manage client coverage data and ensure accuracy in core systems.
- Review banker scorecards and complete data validation for deals.
- Support core processes including CAM tracking, credit line renewals, sanctions, and news distribution.

Research & Compliance Support
- Assist with compliance processes including Client Activity Monitoring, Special Purpose Entity reviews, Material Negative News, and Economic Sanctions tracking.

General Support
- Manage new GCI requests and raise process improvement suggestions.
- Ensure performance metrics are met and resolve exceptions timely.
- Familiarize with bank internal systems and client public information to support team.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; no experience necessary.
- Excellent English and interpersonal skills focused on client communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to improve work efficiency and work with limited supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
