Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Graduation between November 2027 and August 2028.
  • Minimum preferred GPA of 3.5.
  • Strong programming knowledge and technical skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Intellectual curiosity, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Software Engineer Role

  • Translate client requirements into technical design and business process improvements.
  • Code, unit test, and integrate software solutions with robust interfaces.
  • Participate in delivery and release events including CI/CD processes.
  • Possible assignments: front end, back end, full stack, mobile development, or software analyst.
  • Recommended skills: Java, C#/.NET, C++, Python, AI fundamentals, Agile, Excel, JIRA.

Mainframe Analyst Role

  • Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing mainframe systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technical definitions and blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise system design and engineering standards.
  • Recommended skills: COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, WMQ, z/OS, JCL, JIRA, process improvement.
  • Knowledge of IBM mainframe systems including transaction and database managers.
