Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior marketers to source, pitch, and execute risk management transactions.
- Coordinate with Banking and Markets partners to identify new trades and opportunities.
- Communicate daily with Trading teams to price and structure hedging strategies.
- Prepare client pitch materials and transaction recommendations.
- Manage derivative deal pipeline and analyze risk in cross-border M&A and strategic transactions.

Summer Projects
- Complete projects analyzing markets with macro focus and company-specific case studies.
- Present projects to senior and junior Global Rates and Currencies team members.
- Collaborate with FX Sales, Rates Sales, Strategic FX, and Risk Management Solutions teams.
- Apply creative approaches to develop client risk management solutions.

Qualifications
- Pursuing bachelor’s or direct master’s degree, graduating Nov 2027 to Aug 2028.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.
