Bank of America Campus Insight Forum: The Power to Lead - Fall 2026
Bank of America invites sophomores to a 2026 Campus Fall Forum in New York City focused on leadership, career development, and Global Banking and Markets exposure. The program prepares students for Summer 2028 internship recruitment through interactive sessions and networking.

Program Focus
- Explore client-facing Global Banking and Markets businesses.
- Learn about Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Markets.
- Understand financial solutions for individuals, institutions, and companies.
- Gain insights into sales, trading, research, and advisory services.

Selection Process
- Complete a skills assessment and program preference survey.
- Submit a pre-recorded video via Hirevue.
- Selected students attend a multi-day event from Nov 4–6, 2026 in NYC.
- Applications limited to one career path but considered across businesses.

Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree with graduation between Nov 2028 and Aug 2029.
- Sophomore status required.
- Not eligible if already accepted a Bank of America internship offer.
