Primary Responsibilities
- Build financial models for commercial real estate properties.
- Perform credit analysis and market research on financing opportunities.

Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's or direct Master's degree, graduating Nov 2027 - Aug 2028.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Preferred coursework: commercial real estate, corporate finance, banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong business writing skills.
