About the role

Program Overview

Responsibilities & Experience
- Participate in training, Executive Speaker Series, and networking events.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and leaders.
- Complete a summer intern project with a final presentation.
- Develop skills through formal and on-the-job training.
- Build peer and mentor relationships for coaching and feedback.
- Engage with senior leaders and develop networking skills.
Educational Requirements & Eligibility
- Pursuing undergraduate degree from accredited institution.
- Bachelors or direct to Masters with no work experience.
- Relevant majors: Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems.
- Preferred minimum GPA: 3.5.
- Graduation between Nov 2027 and Aug 2028.
- No visa sponsorship available.
