About the role

The two-year Global Operations Development Analyst Program offers rotational assignments across Global Operations, combining hands-on projects, training, networking, mentoring, and executive exposure. Analysts support operational processes and technology-enabled businesses, develop business acumen and analytical skills, and prepare for final placement across the organization.

Program Experience

  • Complete two one-year rotational assignments within Global Operations lines of business.
  • Receive on-the-job training, online learning, mentoring, coaching, and development feedback.
  • Participate in hands-on projects, networking events, and an Executive Speaker Series.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams and leaders across Global Operations and the broader enterprise.
  • Complete a summer intern project and present the final results at the program’s conclusion.
  • Build business acumen through exposure to multiple organizational and operational areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assess complex data, identify trends, and provide insights supporting operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluate processes and risks while supporting accurate, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Identify business issues and implement process improvements.
  • Prioritize tasks and deadlines through effective planning and project management.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across a highly matrixed environment.

Locations and Eligibility

  • Primary locations include Jacksonville, Florida, and Phoenix or Chandler, Arizona.
  • Additional placement options include Dallas, Addison, Plano, or Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Students must pursue an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
  • Eligible graduation dates are November 2026 through August 2027.
  • Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
