About the role

Support loan servicing for a complex corporate and commercial credit portfolio in Toronto, working with a Credit Servicing team. Under supervision, process facility transactions, monitor fundings, repayments, interest, fees, past dues, and reconciliations, while following credit agreements, regulations, documentation, policies, and approvals. This Winter 2027 co-op builds credit servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Service loan requirements for global and regional corporate and commercial credit portfolios.
• Process loan accounting entries, commitment and loan records, statements, interest billings, and fee billings.
• Reconcile intra-day wire accounts and action past-due items and reconciliation exceptions.
• Review credit documentation, corporate documents, credit approvals, policies, and procedures.
• Support management reporting, portfolio quality assurance, control monitoring, projects, filing, and control reports.
• Process credit facility transactions with quality-control validations in the system of record.

Role Context

• Work with agents, lenders, borrowers, and internal business units in agency, participant, and sole-lender roles.
• Gain basic understanding of corporate and commercial credit products, documentation, facility servicing, and loan platforms.
