Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on companies, sectors, market conditions, and investors.
- Prepare recommendations on transaction timing, size, and structure.
- Collaborate with various teams across the firm including Investment Banking and Global Markets.
- Support transaction execution and prepare related documentation.

Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's or direct Master's degree, graduating between Nov 2025 and Aug 2026.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.5 (5-point scale).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and team focus.
