Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations and merger analyses.
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research for investment banking transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, offering memorandums, prospectuses, and internal memos.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external parties in meetings and calls.
- Manage multiple projects individually and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with business-level communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and quick learner.
