About the role

The two-year Global Human Resources Development Program introduces master’s and MBA students to human-capital strategy at Bank of America. Associates rotate across HR teams, support advisory and operational initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate with leaders while receiving training, mentorship, networking, and professional development. Locations are Charlotte or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR leaders to connect human-capital strategy with business outcomes.
  • Contribute to business advisory work, HR processes, operations, and special projects.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and deliverables for HR stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

Program Experience

  • Participate in a two-year rotational program within Global Human Resources.
  • Receive structured training, project-based assignments, mentorship, networking, and professional development sessions.
  • Gain exposure to senior HR leaders through meetings, discussions, speaker series, and networking events.
  • Potential areas include compensation and benefits, talent, employee relations, acquisition, analytics, operations, and inclusion.

Eligibility

  • Be enrolled in a master’s degree or MBA program and in the penultimate year of study.
  • Graduate between November 2026 and August 2027.
  • Master’s candidates must have at least three years of full-time professional experience.
  • Relevant fields include human resources, industrial or organizational psychology, communications, labor relations, and organizational development.
  • Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible.
  • Work locations are Charlotte, North Carolina, and New York, New York.
