About the role

Program Overview

Role Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives advancing workplace culture.
  • Contribute to HR operations, business advisory, and special projects.
  • Assist with performance measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Support programs communicating company brand and values.
  • Prepare internal communications and presentations.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Collaborate with CPO team on project work and meetings.
  • Prepare analysis and presentations.
  • Participate in training, networking, mentorship, and speaker series.
  • Engage in community service opportunities.
  • Exposure to various HR sub-lines like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or direct Master’s degree from accredited institution.
  • Penultimate year students or Master’s with 0 years experience.
  • Graduation between Nov 2027 and Aug 2028.
  • Preferred majors: Business, HR Management, Psychology, Communications, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy.
  • Minimum preferred GPA: 3.2.
