Role Responsibilities
- Support initiatives advancing workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR operations, business advisory, and special projects.
- Assist with performance measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Support programs communicating company brand and values.

Day-to-Day Activities
- Collaborate with CPO team on project work and meetings.
- Prepare analysis and presentations.
- Participate in training, networking, mentorship, and speaker series.
- Engage in community service opportunities.
- Exposure to various HR sub-lines like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or direct Master’s degree from accredited institution.
- Penultimate year students or Master’s with 0 years experience.
- Graduation between Nov 2027 and Aug 2028.
- Preferred majors: Business, HR Management, Psychology, Communications, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy.
- Minimum preferred GPA: 3.2.
