Role Overview
- Corporate Bankers match clients' needs with banking solutions and manage client relationships.
- They coordinate with product experts to deliver comprehensive banking services.
- Focus on Debt & Credit Ratings, Risk Management, and Treasury Solutions pillars.
- Work closely with Investment Banking on strategic client discussions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support live deals including preparation of internal and external transaction materials.
- Assist in client pitches by preparing relationship overviews and financial analyses.
- Perform capital structure, credit ratings, WACC, and peer analyses.
- Help manage day-to-day client relationships and resolve client issues.

Qualifications
- Pursuing bachelor's or direct master's degree, graduating Nov 2027 to Aug 2028.
- Preferred minimum GPA of 3.5 with strong extracurricular and professional performance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, quick learner, team-oriented, and strong work ethic.
