Program Experience
- Work with teams in Relationship Management, Trust & Wealth Structuring, and Investment Management.
- Gain hands-on experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients like business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Receive coaching, mentorship, and volunteer opportunities throughout the program.
- Participate in skills-based curriculum and educational content.
- Engage with thought leaders and client teams for practical learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new business generation and client engagement.
- Manage client service activities like digital onboarding and account monitoring.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with specialists for integrated service.
- Support account maintenance including trust transactions and reporting.
- Conduct client research and maintain investment industry reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or direct Master's degree, graduating Nov 2027 to Aug 2028.
- Demonstrated achievement in extracurricular or leadership roles.
- Passion for investing and strong finance understanding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, quantitative, critical thinking, and good judgment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred.
- Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
