The Merrill Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program offers an internship focused on wealth management, client service, and advisor development. Program Overview
- Work with experienced Merrill employees to learn wealth management and investment products.
- Assist with client service, engagement, acquisition, and relationship management.
- Support financial advisors by addressing client service needs and operational goals.
- Participate in the Advisor Development Program to become a full-scale Financial Advisor.
- Develop skills in client prioritization, prospecting, and customized investment solutions.

Training and Development
- Receive formal web-based and in-person training and on-the-job support.
- Attend educational speaker events and professional development opportunities.
- Benefit from mentorship throughout the summer internship program.
- Engage in client onboarding, account servicing, and digital engagement.
- Work on strategic projects focused on client experience and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide client service support including onboarding and account servicing.
- Assist with strategic projects to enhance client experience and operations.

- Build networks through collaboration with core banking and investment teams.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.

Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or direct master's degree, graduating Nov 2027 to Aug 2028.
- Confident self-starter with sales role experience.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated in a dynamic environment.
- Superior relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving job duties and expectations.
