About the role
Join Bank of America’s Global Markets Off-Cycle Analyst programme in Frankfurt for three to six months. Gain intensive exposure to a Sales and Trading desk, supporting sales, trading, and structuring activities across Equities, Rates, FX, and Credit, with formal training, mentorship, and potential full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities, client relationship management, marketing materials, presentations, lead generation, and analytical projects.
- Support traders, shadow senior colleagues, and undertake mock trading to learn risk management and market making.
- Analyze client and market data to help develop and execute trades while monitoring market events.
- Support structurers, traders, and sales colleagues by preparing pitchbooks and developing client solutions.
- Gain front-to-back transaction exposure, from client relationship management through trading, pricing, and risk management.
- Analyze macroeconomic, market, and industry events across asset classes, working with Quants and Research teams.
Programme And Development
- The programme typically lasts three to six months and provides exposure to a single Sales and Trading desk.
- Interns receive support from a manager, buddy, mentor, and Human Resources throughout the programme.
- Training includes formal instruction at the start, on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship.
Eligibility
- Applicants must pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
- Expected degree completion must be between September 2027 and July 2028, with no outstanding graduation requirements.
- Successful interns may receive full-time offers beginning in July 2028, or potentially January or April.
