About the role

Join Bank of America’s Frankfurt Investment Banking Graduate Analyst programme in January 2027. You will support industry, product and country coverage teams, prepare client presentations and financial analysis, and participate in transactions. The programme includes formal training, on-the-job support, speaker events and mentorship, with opportunities across corporate finance, M&A and capital markets.

The Team

• Investment Banking coverage teams advise clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
• Industry groups include healthcare, technology, financial institutions, real estate, consumer and retail, and natural resources.
• Product teams cover mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups on client projects.
• Help deliver client solutions using the bank’s broader capabilities.
• Prepare client presentations and supporting financial analysis.
• Participate in transaction execution with clients, investment banks and other advisers.
• Build relationships, knowledge and experience supporting future career opportunities.

Training And Development

• Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
• Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and ongoing mentorship.

Eligibility And Skills

• Be a recent graduate or final-year student at an accredited college or university.
• Graduate between January 2026 and July 2027 and be available to join full-time in January 2027.
• Achieve or be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate financial-markets interest, drive, innovation, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Show teamwork, leadership, creativity, communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate integrity, ethics, honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
