About the role
Full-time Analyst role in Bank of America’s Stockholm-based Global Corporate Banking team, supporting relationship management, origination and execution for large-cap Nordic corporate clients. The programme offers exposure to financing, treasury solutions, risk management and live transactions, with formal training, mentorship and on-the-job development. Join in January, April or July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support relationship management, origination and execution across loan and bond financing, derivatives, and cash management products.
- Understand clients, industries and banking needs while developing market-informed financing strategies tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare financial models, analytical presentations and client-specific analyses covering capital structure and acquisition finance.
- Develop credit analysis skills, including metrics used to price and structure debt instruments.
- Gain familiarity with legal and documentation aspects of debt instruments and work on live transactions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Global Payment Solutions teams.
Team and Development
- Based in Stockholm, the Nordics hub, supporting global large-cap clients headquartered across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
- Work across diverse industries and products while interacting with clients and building professional networks.
- Receive formal initial training, on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.
Eligibility
- Be a recent graduate or final-year student at an accredited college or university, completing degree requirements before joining.
- Graduate before joining the programme in January, April or July 2027.
- Demonstrate strong academic results, such as a minimum UK 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
- Applications are accepted from arts, humanities, economics, mathematics and other degree disciplines.
