About the role

Off-cycle Analyst opportunity in Bank of America’s Paris Debt Capital Markets team. You will support advisory, structuring and execution of debt financing solutions for corporate, financial institution and sovereign clients, work on live transactions, collaborate across banking and markets teams, and receive formal training, mentorship and on-the-job development.

Team and Role

• Join Debt Capital Markets within Global Capital Markets, covering debt solutions across EMEA.
• Advise corporate, financial institution, sovereign, supranational and sovereign issuers on financing strategies.
• Support bonds, loans, capital products, liability management, and foreign exchange and rates solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with product specialists and senior clients to create and deliver tailored financing solutions.
• Develop market knowledge and contribute to financing strategies addressing specific client needs.
• Prepare presentations outlining solutions for general corporate and acquisition financing requirements.
• Work on live transactions while interacting with clients and professionals across the bank.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Global Capital Markets teams on origination.
• Coordinate live deal executions with sales, trading and research teams across Global Markets.

Training and Development

• Complete extensive formal training at the start of the programme.
• Receive on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout the programme.
