Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year undergraduate or master's student with strong academic record.
- Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming is advantageous.
- Strong interest in global financial markets and their influencing factors.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional Asian language proficiency highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales, trading, and hedging activities across multiple desks.
- Analyze market trends and provide quantitative data to clients.
- Perform market and quantitative research analysis.
- Help originate, structure, price, and execute trades and transactions.
- Develop marketing presentations and assist in new product development.
- Educate clients on complex financial products and structures.
Program Details
