• Facilitate regulatory reporting as required

Fulfillment, Document Management & Client Service

• Engage in process improvements to enhance client experience
• Manage day-to-day servicing enquiries for assigned clients
• Handle new and existing account onboarding
• Log, investigate, and resolve enquiries timely and accurately
• Communicate status updates to clients consistently
• Coordinate with local and overseas business partners
