Key Responsibilities - Operations
- Process transactions quickly and accurately per policies and regulations
- Manage operational risk and escalate issues promptly
- Collaborate on complex transactions to ensure client satisfaction
- Drive process optimization and system enhancements
- Support regulatory requirements and inspections
- Facilitate regulatory reporting as required
Key Responsibilities - Fulfillment & Client Service
- Engage in process improvements to enhance client experience
- Manage servicing inquiries and account onboarding
- Log, investigate, and resolve client inquiries timely
- Provide consistent updates to clients on inquiry status
- Coordinate with local and overseas business partners
