- Support Learning & Performance initiatives within HR.
- Assist Benefits & wellness programs.
- Analyze, maintain, and prepare HR data and documents.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc HR projects.

- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements
- Passion for people and talent development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint knowledge a plus.
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Organizational Psychology or related field.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
