Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator manages compliance onboarding, training, and certification processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and improving compliance workflows. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain new hire lists and documentation for compliance onboarding.
  • Ensure completion of compliance onboarding before start dates.
  • Assist in delivering new hire and ongoing compliance training.
  • Manage broker statement feeds and collection for US employees.
  • Review broker statements and accounts.

Additional Duties

  • Handle ad hoc compliance projects as needed.
  • Identify and implement improvements in compliance workflows.
  • Generate ideas to enhance compliance processes and team effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with StarCompliance is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
