Internship – Automation & AI Solutions (Milwaukee, WI)
Join Baird's Global Investment Banking Technology Solutions team as an Automation & AI Solutions Intern. Design and deploy automation and AI tools to improve deal workflows, working hybrid in Milwaukee during the summer.

Role and Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automation and AI solutions for investment banking workflows.
- Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Integrate data from Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Prototype, test, and deliver AI-enabled use cases and custom Copilot agents.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to present solutions.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Graduation date May 2027 or later.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Curious and enthusiastic about automation and AI with hands-on experimentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating in person with cross-functional teams.

Internship Details
- Hybrid work: 3 days in Milwaukee office, 2 days remote per week.
- Full-time summer internship, 37.5-40 hours per week.
- Embedded within Global Investment Banking Technology Solutions team.
