Internship – Business Coordinator (Year-Round)

About the role

Year-round Business Coordinator Internship with Baird’s Equity Research Operations team in Milwaukee. Support efficiency, process improvement, coverage lists, marketing materials, data sourcing, and administrative initiatives while collaborating with research analysts. Work hybrid, full time in summer and part time during semesters, beginning June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support operational initiatives improving efficiency, processes, and innovation across Equity Research.
• Collaborate with professionals and research analysts to enhance team performance and client output.
• Assist with coverage lists, marketing materials, data sourcing, and department projects.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule and Location

• Work three days weekly in Baird’s downtown Milwaukee office and two days remotely.
• Work full time, 37.5–40 hours weekly, during the summer.
• Work part time, 15–20 hours weekly, during school semesters.
• Must be a local student able to start in June 2027.

Intern Program

• Participate in intern welcome activities, networking, professional development, and Baird Gives Back Day.
