Internship – Data & Analytics (Milwaukee, WI)
This Data & Analytics internship at Baird supports Global Investment Banking by transforming complex data into actionable insights. Interns work hybrid in Milwaukee, gaining hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and data governance in a financial services environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership and stakeholders with accurate analytics and reporting.
- Create Power BI reports and data models to translate raw data into insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable BI solutions.
- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Provide training and support for business users on self-service reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Graduation anticipated May 2027 or later.
- Experience with Power BI Desktop and foundational DAX.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses.

Internship Details
- Hybrid work: 3 days in Milwaukee office, 2 days remote per week.
