Internship - Private Wealth Management, HR & Recruiting - (Year-Round)
This internship offers hands-on experience in Private Wealth Management's Talent Team, supporting recruiting, training, and HR activities. It requires part-time work during semesters and full-time in summer at Milwaukee, WI office, starting May 2026.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support projects across Academy, HR, Recruiting, and Transition teams.
- Assist recruiting: sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Prepare materials and logistics for training and leadership sessions.
- Contribute to marketing, communications, newsletters, and event planning.
- Support onboarding by preparing documents and marketing packets.

Additional Tasks
- Create and update presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Canva, Excel.
- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's in HR, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Anticipated graduation May 2027 or later.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Motivated, initiative-taking, strategic thinker eager to learn.

Preferred Experience
- Prior office experience preferred.
