About the role
Summer Private Wealth Management internship in Baird’s Madison, Wisconsin office, starting June 2027. The intern works full time with Financial Advisors and their teams, supporting research, client meetings, financial planning, administration, paperwork, and marketing initiatives while gaining practical experience, mentorship, networking, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisor projects, including report reviews and research.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Assist with financial planning and market research activities.
- Handle administrative tasks, calls, basic client questions, paperwork, and documents.
- Contribute to branch marketing initiatives and other project support as needed.
Intern Program
- Gain real-world experience through hands-on projects and meaningful team contributions.
- Participate in mentorship, firmwide networking, professional development, and collaborative events.
- Attend the Intern Welcome and Baird Gives Back Day.
