Internship – Private Wealth Management (Greensburg, PA Summer 2027)

About the role

This full-time summer 2027 internship in Baird’s Greensburg, Pennsylvania office offers practical experience supporting Financial Advisors and private wealth management teams. Interns will contribute to client preparation, financial planning, research, administration, marketing, and projects while developing professional relationships through mentorship, networking, and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with projects, report reviews, research, and general project assistance.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Assist with financial planning and market research.
• Handle administrative tasks, calls, basic client questions, paperwork, and documents.
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Anticipated graduation date must be December 2027 or later.
• Demonstrated interest in financial services and a career in private wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client and associate interactions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with strong organization, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
• Motivated, proactive, strategic, committed to learning, and able to contribute effectively.
