Internship – Private Wealth Management (Cleveland, OH Summer 2027)

About the role

Summer 2027 Private Wealth Management internship in Baird’s Cleveland office. Interns support Financial Advisors through research, financial planning, client meeting preparation, administrative work, and marketing initiatives while gaining practical experience and exposure to the day-to-day work of wealth management teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors with projects, report reviews, research, and general project assistance.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
• Assist with financial planning and market research.
• Handle administrative tasks, calls, basic client questions, paperwork, and documents.
• Contribute to branch marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Interest in financial services and developing a career in private wealth management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and associates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver quality work on time.
• Motivation, proactivity, strategic thinking, and commitment to learning and contributing effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an office setting.
