Global Investment Banking – 2027 M&A Internship (April - June ), Frankfurt

About the role

Three-month paid M&A internship with Baird’s Global Investment Banking team in Frankfurt, running from April to June 2027. Interns will support transaction execution, valuation, financial analysis, market research, and client materials across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with potential consideration for the incoming full-time Analyst class.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials for pitches, buy-side and sell-side transactions, and client meetings.
• Build company valuations and financial analyses using multiple valuation methodologies.
• Conduct company and market research and prepare supporting analyses.
• Assist deal teams with live buy-side and sell-side transaction execution.

Program Details

• Paid internship lasting three months, from April through June 2027.
• The European team focuses on Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Technology & Services sectors.
• Successful interns may be considered for full-time positions in the incoming Analyst class.
