About the role
Bain Capital’s Investors of Tomorrow is an opportunity for undergraduate sophomores to learn about investing through Boston programming, dinner, and a follow-up virtual panel. Selected in-person participants receive sponsored domestic travel and accommodations when needed, while all applicants who register can attend the December panel.
Program Experience
- Selected students attend half-day programming and dinner at Bain Capital’s Boston office on November 19, 2026.
- Bain Capital investment professionals lead sessions offering insight into investing across the firm’s platform.
- A virtual panel on December 2, 2026, is open to all students who apply.
- Domestic travel to Boston and accommodations are fully sponsored for selected participants requiring them.
Application Process
- Submit the Workday registration by October 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST for in-person consideration.
- Complete the required Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments in approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Both the Workday registration and Predictive Index assessments must be completed for application consideration.
- Late applications remain eligible for an invitation to the December 2 virtual panel.
