Role Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time trading and market activity, providing key insights to decision makers.
- Coordinate daily with traders, portfolio managers, finance, compliance, and business managers.
- Prepare and distribute trade and portfolio summaries.
- Partner with risk monitoring to develop and refine portfolio reporting.
- Support trade capture and booking across multiple credit strategies.

Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationships with brokers and dealer counterparts.
- Improve trade allocation processes and implement updated procedures.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across the team as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Pursuing BA or BS degree, class of 2028, with strong academic record.
- Experience in financial markets and knowledge of high yield, loans, derivatives, and equity trading.
- Basic understanding of capital markets, investment metrics, and leveraged finance.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and Everest.
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate with senior team members.
