About the role

The two-year Technology & Operations Program develops recent graduates through four six-month Business Analysis rotations. Associates translate business needs into technical requirements, coordinate projects and stakeholders, support investment management teams, and gain exposure to business processes, products, services, and technology across AllianceBernstein.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams as the face of technology.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, use cases, interfaces, and testing scenarios.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication with Senior Business Analysts and Project Managers.
  • Provide user training and support teams serving investors, analysts, portfolio managers, traders, and client professionals.
  • Potential projects include trading process improvements, predictive analytics, research report redesign, and automated tool development.

Program Structure

  • Complete four challenging six-month rotations within the Business Analysis track over two years.
  • Rotate across teams supporting institutional investors, research analysts, portfolio managers, traders, wholesalers, and other business functions.
  • Participate in rotation selection and gain visibility across AllianceBernstein through varied business assignments.

Requirements

  • Pursue a December 2026 or May/June 2027 bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Relevant fields include Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident eligible to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Demonstrate interest in project management, business processes, AI, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
